You will lead a large, complex operation running 7 days a week, while shaping the site’s long‑term competitiveness, innovation capability, and sustainability performance within Amcor’s European operations. /ppReporting to the bHBW Europe Operations Director /b, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer trust, driving transformation, and supporting Amcor’s growth strategy in medical and pharmaceutical markets. /ph3What You’ll Be Responsible For /h3h3Health, Safety Environment (Top Priority) /h3ulliChampion a bzero‑harm culture /b and ensure full compliance with company standards and Italian regulations /liliLead risk identification, prevention programs,



and corrective actions /liliAct as the senior decision‑maker in safety or emergency situations /liliDrive strong environmental performance across energy, waste, water, and pellet loss prevention /li /ulh3Operational Excellence /h3ulliLead end‑to‑end manufacturing across binjection molding, assembly, decoration, and cleanrooms /b /liliDeliver key KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity /liliEmbed strong daily management routines and visible shopfloor leadership /li /ulh3Quality, Compliance Regulation /h3ulliEnsure full compliance with bISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FDA and other regulatory frameworks /b /liliMaintain audit readiness and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions /liliFoster a culture of quality ownership across all functions /li /ulh3Financial Business Leadership /h3ulliDeliver site financial objectives including bEBITDA, cost control, and cash generation /b /liliOwn key PL levers such as labor efficiency, scrap, energy, and conversion costs /liliLead CAPEX planning, execution, and ROI delivery /liliUse data and insight to support disciplined, fact‑based decision making /li /ulh3Innovation Strategic Projects /h3ulliSupport the industrialization of bcustom medical and inhalation devices /b, including connected solutions /liliPartner closely with RD, Sales, and Quality to ensure manufacturability and scalability /liliLead major transformation initiatives (automation, digitalization, layout changes, MES rollouts) /li /ulh3People Leadership Employee Relations /h3ulliLead and develop a high‑performing site leadership team /liliBuild strong engagement, accountability, and succession capability /liliLead constructive social dialogue with unions and employee representatives /liliEnsure full compliance with Italian labor law and collective agreements /li /ulh3About the Site /h3ulli540,000 sq. ft. facility including ISO 7 8 cleanrooms /liliInjection molding, assembly,
