/li liSupport in managing the annual salary review process. /li liCoordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys. /li liPromotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Education /h3 pDegree in Human Resource Management or related fields; /p h3Background /h3 p2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation, preferably in the French market. Given the company's international profile, professional experience abroad will be considered a plus. /p h3Languages /h3 pProficiency in English.
