ppThe Lean Specialist will support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing across the three production plants, working closely with Manufacturing Managers to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and overall operational performance. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean workshops on the shop floor. /li liSupport the deployment of the Vertiv Operations System (VOS) roadmap. /li liTrain teams on Lean methodologies including 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED and Standard Work. /li liMonitor production KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and lead time. /li liIdentify process bottlenecks and support root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities. /li liSupport FMEA activities in collaboration with RD. /li liContribute to improvements in production layouts, tools, jigs and line organisation. /li liPrepare reports to track the effectiveness of improvement actions.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAround 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or a similar industrial role is highly preferred, candidate with less can be considered. /li liGood knowledge of Lean tools such as P-FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA and Kaizen. /li liPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving metal fabrication, brazing, welding or assembly. /li liAbility to read mechanical drawings. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liGood written and spoken English. /li liStrong problem-solving, teamwork and organisational skills. /li /ul pThe role covers Lean Manufacturing activities across all three production plants.
