The position requires deep expertise in process design and transformation leadership to drive standardization, operational excellence, and value realization across the organization. /p pThe Business Process Owner is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining and implementing standardized business process templates across multiple product models and geographies. This role ensures that business processes, systems, and operational practices evolve cohesively to support scalable growth and operational excellence. /p pThe work model for the role is: hybrid /p pThis role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division on global level. Main stakeholders are business and IS functions within Electrification Service, and counterparts from other Electrification divisions. /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 h3Process Design Strategy /h3 ul liLead the design, definition,



and implementation of business process templates for ERP processes across the Electrification Service Division /li liEstablish target operating models and standardized processes for Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO) in the service domain /li liAlign existing processes across countries and drive standardization in realization of business value and expected benefits /li /ul h3ERP Transformation Implementation /h3 ul liPartner with IS/ERP and application owners to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems and application /li liLead process implementation across the organization, including training, education, and best practice sharing /li liSupport the migration to SAP S/4 Hana and ensure alignment with system capabilities /li /ul h3Stakeholder Change Management /h3 ul liCollaborate with functional and regional management to ensure buy-in and drive process adoption /li liDevelop and execute communication and change management plans across all relevant stakeholders /li liAct as primary liaison between functional teams, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou have 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations processes, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO),



Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO) /li liManufacturing or factory environment background is strongly preferred /li liSound SAP system and process understanding in the modules SAP SD, PP, MM, PS as well as nice to have experience with SAP S/4 Hana /li liProject management change management experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives /li liSolid understanding of Operational Excellence principles and business process optimization /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess impact, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making /li liUniversity degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain or related field /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pElectrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
