To learn more, visit Team Description The IQVIA hospital data source team manages relationships with hospitals and health institutions in Italy, with the aim to get multi-annual collaborations on data collection and to facilitate the engagement of other IQVIA department with the health system Role Summary Under broad guidance, provides high quality and on-time data analysis and services to the IQVIA hospitals partners. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis to ad hoc reports. Administers a portfolio of hospitals with whom he is the key IQVIA point of contact for day to day relationships. **Responsibilities**:



- Engages with hospitals to understand their needs and close effective agreements to enhance hospital panel coverage
- Develops networking strategies with relevant stakeholders in the assigned hospitals and regions
- Develops and maintain good relations with key contacts to influence clients’ decision making process.
- Ensures the execution of contractual commitments with hospitals
- Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfills report requests and responds to customer questions under mínimal supervision
- Ensures that deliverables meet customer specifications including timeliness and quality
- Maintains effective internal communications with teams in order to fulfil customer needs and resolve issues
- Meet financial targets in terms of panel costs and hospital panel coverage
- Provide timely reporting, forecasting, and recommendations to senior management. **Requirements**:
Previous job experience within pharma companies.
