You will define regional strategies, lead cross-regional teams, and steer key accounts with senior leadership governance. - Define and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability in Europe and the Americas
- Set regional sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions
- Lead Regional Sales Managers and own business performance (order intake, revenue, margin)
- Collaborate with Hub Manager and Sales Controller to meet financial targets

- Optimize regional sales channels and partner with the Sales Enablement Team to improve processes and productivity
