- Lead BUHR activities for Italy (major portion of time) and provide HR leadership to regional teams
- Strategize and execute HR initiatives aligned with EP/NV objectives across Italy




- Deliver workforce planning, organizational and job design, coaching, succession planning, and talent development
- Collaborate with regional office HRLead and COEs to provide tailored HR solutions
- Coach managers and employees to support leadership growth and performance management
- Develop diverse leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities
- Drive Talent Rhythm, succession planning, and retention of diverse talent
- Lead change management including acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings
- Manage EP/NV HR priority initiatives and coordinate cross-team projects
- Shape meeting agendas, ensure action closure, and drive cross-functional insights
- Act as a connector to prevent duplication and share insights across initiatives
- 5+ years of professional HR xysqume experience; HR experience preferred
