ppWe are looking for an experienced bChina-based Production Manager /b, ideally located in bGuangzhou, CINA or the surrounding manufacturing region /b, to manage day-to-day factory production for custom merchandise, apparel, accessories, and promotional products. /p pYou will act as the main point of contact between our team and factories, ensuring products are manufactured bon time, to specification, and to the required quality standard /b. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liFollow up closely with factories throughout bprototyping and mass production /b. /li liObtain regular progress updates, photos, samples, and production timelines. /li liHelp factories interpret our btechnical specification sheets /b and resolve manufacturing questions. /li liIdentify production issues or deviations early and coordinate practical solutions. /li liKeep factories accountable to agreed timelines and negotiate solutions when schedules change. /li liCoordinate production splits, expedited batches, or other adjustments when required.



/li liPrepare completed orders for blocal delivery to our China logistics centre /b. /li liCoordinate factory access and preparation for bthird-party quality inspections /b. /li liMaintain strong, professional relationships with factory partners. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBased in China; bGuangzhou preferred /b. /li liNative/fluent Chinese and strong working English. /li lib5+ years' experience /b managing production directly with Chinese factories. /li liExperience with bcustom merchandise, apparel, accessories, promotional products, or similar consumer goods /b. /li liStrong problem-solving, follow-up, negotiation, and attention to detail. /li liComfortable managing multiple factories and production schedules simultaneously. /li /ul pThis is primarily a bfactory coordination and production management role - no regular travel required /b. /p p40h - 5 day workweek /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
