**Job Overview**:The Receptionist /Hospitality Assistant is a customer care role, focused on assuring the effective management of Tognana guests in terms of logistics and assistance and providing Reception service for the location. **Your Core Responsibilities**: - Booking taxi and hotels for guests and visitors to Tognana (customers, colleagues from other locations, Academy training, Thermal trainings, others) and sending confirmations to guests;
- Front desk management - welcome to guests;
- Handling taxi and hotel changes during the visits;
- Switchboard:



Handling entrance phone calls for Tognana and MU Italy Tognana based - back up for Milan MU Italy;
- Checking mail/post and distributing it to the various departments;
- Administration of guest registration systems;
- Administration of meeting room reservations; Collaboration at General Services activities (pool car orders - control of meeting rooms, etc). **In order to be successful in this role you will need to have**: - Education: High school diploma or degree, or similar studies;
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Language: English intermediate level; Second European language preferable.
