- Specific main tasks will include:
- arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of Customer material; coordinate warehouse schedule; prepare shipping documents; collaborate with couriers & freight forwarders
- issue invoices upon completion of products and services
- handle Customer request
- keep SAP system updated with current information
- create & update reports
- request quotation for new item to be purchased
- create new item code in SAP
- issue purchase requests and purchase orders to the supplier and monitor their shipments As the Supply Chain Specialist you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following requirements: - Preferrable degree in management, economics and industrial engineering
- Previous 1 or 2 years of experience or in purchasing or in customer service/import-export
