This is your chance to shape how our trips run across Italy - from the people who lead them to the experience our travellers have on the ground. We are looking for anOperations Manager,Italyto join our team inRomeon a full-time, permanent basis. We work in a 3-2-1 hybridmodel,with3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.

In this role, you’ll oversee the performance of our trips across Italy, lead and develop our group leaders and guides, and make sure everything runs safely, smoothly and to the high standards we expect.



You’ll work closely with teams across Europe and globally, balancing day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement.

You’llalso be part of the local Management Group, contributing to the direction of the Italy DMC and how we grow whilemaintainingquality.

This role would suit someone with strong operational leadership experience in travel - someone who understands what great looks like on the ground and is happy getting into the detail when needed.You’llenjoy a fast-moving, collaborative environment and be motivated by building high-performing teams and delivering great traveller experiences.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Proven operational management experience, ideally leading multi-location teams in a travel or service-led environment

Strong understanding of European travel operations and what drives quality on the ground

Solid experience within the travel industry or as a group leader/guide - Prev
