**Responsibilities**: - Assist the operations team with order management and processing
- Respond to client inquiries and provide customer service support
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage and maintain accurate records of orders and transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics 365 (preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).



Italian, Japanese and Chinese will be considered a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proactive and able to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively **Education and Experience**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Language or other related fields
