We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive revenue and growth in our Human Milk product portfolio across Emilia-Romagna and Toscana. As a key player, you'll have the opportunity to shape the landscape of both hospital and retail channels, connecting with healthcare professionals and families alike. - Drive sales revenue and profitability in your territory, aligning with company objectives.- Cultivate market development and deliver exceptional customer service.- Manage existing accounts across hospital, pharmacy, and baby shop channels.- Develop strategic objectives tailored to company goals.- Elevate the profile of the Medela brand through increased sales conversions.- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within key accounts (for instance: NICU, HCPs, Midwives, Neonatologists, etc).- Formulate and implement Customer Account Plans to enhance and increase overall business efficiency.



Qualifications:
- A degree either in Business, Science, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the medical device sector.- Strong track record in product/business management.- Experience of compiling business cases and cost analysis data.- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Skills and Abilities:
- Driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.- Commercial, Sales and Negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and networking abilities.- Strong focus on costumer- Be proactive in problem-solving and decision making- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.- Fluency in Italian and English.- Italian driving license required. **Benefits**:
