Within the IT Department based in La Spezia, we are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager that will execute regular project management activities. **Junior IT Project Manager**:
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
Join business initiatives managing the technological aspects of projects, understand the internal customers' needs, support the requirements definition
Cooperate with Software Development department to design a solution that will fit the requirements, understand technological constraints and opportunities
Translate business needs into requirements for technical team and translate technical concepts for business users
Execute regular project management activities according to the Agile methodology
Ensure proper data to support progress monitoring, planning and cost management **REQUIRED SKILLS**:
High school diploma or bachelor degree in technical matters




Working experience in Project Management nice to have
Good written and spoken English good enough to support daily interactions
General knowledge of Agile Project Management is a plus
Knowledge of Jira or other project management tool is a plus
Ability to decompose and solve complex problems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Open minded and very good communication with stakeholders at all levels
Past experience in managing projects is highly valued
Curiosity for IT systems and how they work under the hood
