Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting a Sous
Chef.

Reporting to the Head Chef, the role will be responsible for coordinating the
culinary team and the daily operations. This is full-time position, 5 days a
week with 2 days off.

The starting date is September.
