Position Summary Job propose Support Sales Team and Head of Division by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis and data management Role and Responsibilities Activities:
- Conducting workflow in order to show whether process/activity/follow up are on the right track- Responsible on daily/weekly/monthly reporting/activities and frequent follow-up with Sales Managers, Sales Head and HoD- Frequently analysis sales trend to share past/current/future situation with stakeholders across departments- Monitoring sell-out promo and collect feedback from Area Sales Managers- Monitoring and provide analysis on on-line price positioning of main players- Managing and daily updating Promo Plan on the basis of Sales Team information- Managing commercial back office. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferably also of SAP or BI tools- Very good written and spoken English- Strong analysis and communications skills- Proactive and flexible in managing multiple tasks.
