- Monitor the flow of work from supply procurement
- Secure the quality and timely delivery of products
- Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and set agendas, take minutes and follow up
- Provide effective liaison role for Headquarters staffs and Final Clients
- **2. Job Requirements** A. Education: High school diploma or above B. Career: New or Experienced C. Required skills and qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license in possession and availability for business travel
- **3. Employment Type** A. Full-Time Employee
- 40 hours per week from 8:00 to 17:30 (lunch break 12:00-13:30), Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours available (able to work starting from 7:00-8:00 AM to 16:30-17:30 PM) B.
