Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key domain within our farmers and retailers portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes Own product performance end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights Lead the development of core platform capabilities, including reward ecosystems and digital tools for retailers, ensuring scalability and long-term value creation Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences and robust, scalable solutions Ensure effective integration with CRM and other commercial systems, enabling operational excellence and commercial impact Define, track, and act on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, redemption, sales accepted leads), translating insights into product improvements and growth opportunities Collaborate with User Research and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, validate solutions,
and build strong business cases for investment Act as a key interface between regional teams, central technology, and senior stakeholders, driving alignment, transparency, and timely delivery
Profile
7+ years of overall product management experience, including at least 2-3 years as a Senior or Lead Product Manager, ideally in commercial platforms, customer engagement, or digital ecosystems. Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, with demonstrated experience building and launching digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, and driving measurable business outcomes post-launch. Demonstrated ability to influence strategy in complex, cross-functional environments. Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern product practices.
