What You’ll Do:
- You will join the People Development & Culture team, reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager within the Human Resources department.- You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, participating in various initiatives, activities, and projects related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), company culture, and employee engagement across the Sisal Group. More specifically, you will support the team in: - Planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives related to DEI, employe egagement, and organizational culture;
- Organizing and coordinating events and workshops that promote DEI and foster a positive company culture;
- Assisting in the development and delivery of communication strategies to enhance DEI and engagement efforts across the organization;
- Providing support in the implementation and launch of the Engagement Survey platform (Peakon), a tool used to measure and analyze employee engagement;




- Contributing to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of DEI and engagement initiatives;
- Creating and refining PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support DEI and engagement programs;
- Collaborating with colleagues across different countries within the FlutterGroup. Who You Are:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Economics, or related fields;- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with a strong interest in DEI, cultural change, and employee engagement, would be a plus;- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;- You possess a B2+ level of English, both written and spoken;- You are eager to learn, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;- You have an enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities with strong attention to details.
