- Victoria De Rosa's YouTube channel has over 200,000 subscribers
- Mary Maylin's YouTube channel has about 100,000 subscribers
- Together, their videos generate between 1 and 3 million monthly views on YouTube **Key Responsibilities** 1. Multiplatform Management: - Plan and publish English-language content on YouTube (main platform), Instagram, Patreon, and TikTok
- Adapt content for optimization on each platform
- Monitor trends and best practices specific to each platform 2. Content Ideation: Develop innovative concepts for videos and posts in English, ensuring variety and audience engagement across all platforms. 3. Text Creation: - Write engaging scripts and detailed descriptions in English for videos and posts, optimized for SEO on each platform
- Effectively use generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to assist in content creation and optimization 4. Video and Photo Production: - Coordinate shooting locations
- Manage schedules and availability of videographers, photographers, models, and support team (makeup, hair, etc.)
- Oversee the entire production process 5. Styling and Supplier Management: - Create interesting and fashionable outfits for the models
- Maintain and develop relationships with clothing suppliers
- Research new collaborations with emerging and established brands 6. Fanbase Management: - Interact with followers through comments and messages in English across all platforms
- Develop strategies to increase engagement and audience loyalty
- Analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly 7. Public Relations and Collaborations: - Manage PR activities for Victoria De Rosa and Mary Maylin




- Organize and coordinate the models' participation in industry events
- Identify and promote collaboration opportunities with other content creators
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to increase the models' visibility **Requirements**: - Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency (C2 level)
- Degree preferably in Humanities, Journalism, or Creative Writing courses
- Previous experience in content management for YouTube and other social platforms (Instagram, Patreon, TikTok)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, with particular attention to creating effective prompts
- Knowledge of fashion trends, with a particular focus on lingerie, swimwear, and women's clothing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with basic video production, photography, and editing techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement on each platform
- Experience in public relations and managing influencer collaborations
- Excellent networking and interpersonal communication skills
