As EMEA Product Manager for In-rack Liquid Cooling, you own the product lifecycle and drive growth by translating customer needs into market-ready offerings. You will align sales, finance, and the global BU to optimize revenue and margin while shaping the regional go-to-market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to capture VOC, develop pricing and lifecycle plans, and support the EMEA business plan with technical insight and market intelligence. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy in a global, growth-focused environment.
salary range 60.000 to 75.000 gross per year

Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to define go-to-market plans
Drive product lifecycle management from introduction to end-of-life and line extensions
Support Early Quotation Program and act as SME for Tech Sales until product release
Develop and execute pricing strategies and margin improvement programs
Coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Global BU for strategic alignment
Prepare presentations, demos, and sales enablement collateral for regional markets
Track post-launch metrics (pipeline, quotation, revenue) and adjust strategies
Collaborate with Marketing to develop regional marketing programs
Ensure accurate region-specific customer-facing offering documentation and collateral
Support VOC and customer market intelligence to inform global product units
Bachelor in Engineering
5+ years in technical, product, strategic planning, marketing or related experience
Strong business acumen and leadership for managed products
Ability to build cross-functional relationships
Technical ability to translate customer needs into solutions
Problem solving, data analysis, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
