- Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager
- Plan and implement programs to ensure all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements
- Ensure adequate product testing prior to implementation
- Devise improvements to current processes and procedures
- Develop models of possible future configurations
- Administer problem management processes, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
- Make recommendations regarding the acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase information systems efficiency **Your background**




- At least 5 years of experience in software quality management
- Demonstrated experience in project, team, and change management leadership
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed teams
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline for quality management
- Preferred experience with the auditing process
- Collaboration with customers and delivery teams
