**Date**:Oct 18, 2024 **Location**: Milano, IT, 20134 **Company**:De Nora The Purchasing Specialist will select and purchase materials, services, and equipment based on sales forecasts and production orders, at the lowest cost while meeting quality and timing requirements. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**: - Support Line Managers in identifying and implementing local/global procurement projects.
- Extract and analyze data using Business Intelligence (BI) and corporate reporting tools.
- Review and maintain procurement procedures at the local/global level.
- Analyze category spending and economic market trends. Report findings to the Line Manager.
- Support the negotiation and purchase of direct and indirect materials and services according to internal customer requirements and local/central/global procurement guidelines.
- Enter and expedite purchase orders.
- Research, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers.
- Support the SRM Go Live project and system configuration.




- Develop supplier evaluation and qualification with the support of the Line Manager. **Education and Professional Experience Requirements**: - High school diploma in Mechanical/Management Engineering.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the procurement and purchasing department. **Technical Skills**:
Good knowledge of English.
