**Digital Marketing Specialist** We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for driving excellence in planning, implementation, and optimization of e-Commerce and performance marketing campaigns, across Europe. **Responsibilities**: - Activate digital marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms, including campaign creation, forecasting, budget pacing, media testing and optimizations.
- Implement daily and weekly optimizations to improve ROI/ROAS from digital media investments.
- Produce and interpret high quality performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis.
- Develop advertisement copy for paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other members within the marketing department. **Requirements**:
Essentials: - 3+ years' experience in managing performance-driven Search and Shopping campaigns across different European countries
- Hands on expertise with Google Ads (including GDN),



Microsoft Advertising, Google Merchant Center and Meta Ads.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
- Excellent level of English (B2/C1)
- Good command of Excel
- Comfortable working in international, culturally diverse environment
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills **Preferred**: - Experience with further media channels (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates).
- Further European languages at B1 level or above. **Personal Characteristics**: - Passion to learn and innovate continuously, insatiable thirst for knowledge.
