flexibility to travel for work is required.ResponsibilitiesInterface with all internal departments to ensure compliance with contract's obligations, company policies and applicable laws;Identify contract's risks and opportunities to protect and enhance the project performance;Proactively develop and share adequate contract management strategies;Administer project's communications, negotiate contract amendments, variation orders and settlement agreements;Manage contract claims, coordinate with the Legal Team in case of dispute;Support other functions in the negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers/subcontractors;Drive "on time"
