- Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's **Requirements**: - Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement
- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in premium RTW environment
