- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationships
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts,



and ensuring accurate product availability **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in a similar role in premium retail
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality
- The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success
- Able to deal with clients at all levels, great team player and open management style
