**Position**:
The intern will support the Visual Merchandising team with a specific focus on Showroom and Retail design (pop-ups, in-store activations). The intern will support in the realization of multiple projects, with particular attention to innovation and sustainability and will collaborate in integrating creative and sustainable solutions in the design processes, improving customer experience through innovative layouts and designs. The position is based in Rome. **Job responsibilities**: - _Showroom _Support the development and control of layouts, manage suppliers and logistics, adapt the creativity of the Fashion Show, and interface with internal teams involved in the projects to ensure consistency and effectiveness of presentations.
- _Retail Project Development _: Assist in the creation of moodboards inspired by the creativity of the collections, create detailed guidelines for project execution, and collect and share selected materials worldwide to ensure a coordinated brand image.
- _Archiving and Material Management _: Collaborate in the management and archiving of physical and digital materials, ensuring efficient and accessible organization to facilitate information retrieval.
- _Research of Innovative and Sustainable Solutions _: Support the identification and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for projects, promoting eco-friendly practices and materials.
- _Project and Budget Support _: Assist in management and worldwide monitoring. **Profile**: - Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong skills in Autocad.
- Excellent skills in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Office (MicrosoftExcel,



PowerPoint), improving project presentation and communication.
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software such as Cinema 4D, Rhino, and VRay.
- Ability in freehand drawing, with the capability to create detailed and realistic sketches.
- Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
- High organization and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in design and construction, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
