- Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors
- Oversee regulatory and compliance matters




- Responsible for overseeing the human resources function across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local, national, and international employment laws
- Design and implement global HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives
- Standardize HR processes across countries while accounting for local labor laws and cultural differences
- Oversee expatriate management, including work permits, visas, and relocation processes
- Review the training and development programs designed by each respective local HR Managers to build leadership and technical skills **Requirements**: - Bsc Degree in Law or J.D. Degree
- MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills (fluent in English)
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment
