**Posted Date**: Feb 6 2025 **Production Engineering Leader** **This is a site-based role in Rosia, Italy.** This is a truly exciting role to lead the Production Engineering team, ensuring the technical availability and performance of all assets serving Rosia GMP operations across the end-to-end pipeline (Primary, Aseptic, Packaging & Warehouse and Quality Control). **In this role you will**: - Ensure the correct operation, efficiency and safety of plants and machines and that operations comply with quality standards and safety regulations;
- Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production engineering area, and with the other members of the Site Engineering Leadership Team, is responsible to monitor the defined KPI cross-linking with other Site Engineering KPIs in order to improve the collective performance of the team;
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints;
- Manage capital budgets (Capex) allocated for minor projects (SMR), ensuring prioritization for effective use and compliance with the strategic objectives of the site;
- Promote continuous improvement through innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs;
- Participate in cross-functional projects to influence the design of new assets, anticipate any future competence need and forecast impact on maintenance cost profile for each new equipment to be delivered;
- Provide technical training to staff, promoting maintenance operational best practices and standardizing the way of working in the various areas;

automation, mechanical, chemical engineering
- Considerable experience in Engineering roles directly supporting manufacturing in a regulated industry, i.e. Pharma, FMCG, Consumer
- Experience in maintenance management
- Strong experience in direct management of large team(s) with different cultural background
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams across a wide range of technical, functional and business disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentational and persuasive skills to successfully interact, manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in both Italian and English **Preferred Qualifications and experience**: - Masters, PhD or further training in electrical, automation, mechanical, chemical engineering
- Six Sigma certification would be a plus
- Capable of driving cost effective, sustainable, and practical technical solutions to address problems, issues, or risks
- Demonstrated track record of contribution to successful achievements into complex sites in terms of performance stabilization and upside
- Strong quality culture
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills in developing talents
