Your Core Activities
- Collect new demands from Sales & Marketing Departments in Headquarter and/or in the different countries around the world
- Qualify the new demands and prioritize the initiatives together with the Sales & Marketing in Headquarter
- Write down the requirements to be shared to Internal Dev Teams or external Suppliers to evaluate cost estimations




- Lead the implementation of approved initiatives, by monitoring the supplier or internal Dev team activities and assuring best practices are followed
- Supervise and QA the implementation from Business perspective, in order to assure future proved and scalable solutions for Pirelli group worldwide What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor degree in STEM or Economics with good understanding of IT Technology
- Proficiency in English
- 1 year Demand & Project Management experience is preferred
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in Consulting IT Companies or IT Department of multinational Groups working on IT Implementations
- Experience in managing the implementation of Salesforce CRM or any other solution (for example Microsoft, SAP,...) What Puts You In Pole Position
