- In Italy we are present with more than 700 people and 5 production sites. With our main local brands FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA and LARETER, we make products for the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors. _ We are looking for a **Customer Service Operator**for our plant in **Fiesso Umbertiano (RO)**, for an initial period of **6 months**. The resource will report to the Italian Customer Service Coordinator and will collaborate with the local customer service team. This figure will be in charge of managing sales orders and claims, from receipt to active invoicing. **Requirements**:



- Experience in the role of Customer Service Operator (Italy and Export).
- Excellent level of communication with Customers and the Sales Network.
- Coming from a structured company: relations with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Proactivity, organisational skills, flexibility and resilience.
- Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- The knowledge of ACGWeb is a plus.
- The knowledge of ATP is a plus. **Main activities**: - Sales order management.
- Claims management.
- Active invoicing.
