This includes working in conjunction with the IT Solution Architect & the IT MES team across different regions, following the IT Technology recommendation in compliance with the Company standards, ensuring coordination among any external suppliers & stakeholders.
You need to be capable of collaborating actively and quickly to ensure Delivery of the IT MES program according to the company roadmap & priorities, starting for simpler projects and having the opportunity for improving the role moving forward. **What you'll be doing**
- Drive the execution of the Project plans for medium to large size projects,
in conjunction with leadership team for proper guidance and status updates.
- Prove strong commitment, passion and capability to fast improve in the role, handle obstacles in complex problems, own strong process & validation lifecycle knowledge.
- Capable of understanding leadership & business priorities in relation to Operational expectations. Prove capability to achieve project goals.
- Able to collaborate as part of a team of Industrial Automation to adopt or adapt technological solutions in the Project deliverables.
- Provide value and ability in accelerating the Industrial Automation, in the Manufacturing area & related system integrations by leading projects including identifying, evaluating and managing any risks vs benefits.
- Capability to self-check the project status vs timelines and business expectations and/or redesign the project plans based on Business and IT priorities.
- Opportunity in providing extensive project knowledge extended to the whole team so that to ensure on commitments and proper speed to be applied for efficient deliveries.
- Analyze complex project tasks by aiming for simplification and harmonization of the deliverables in the domain area.
- Act as part of the project team in Industrial Automation looking for optimizing the project management and being able to listen and improve by lesson learnt.
- Ensure the deliveries are stable and reliable by leading on the project plan management for any changes, or adjustments.
Obtain managerial approvals and comply with applicable procedures.
- Worksupport outside of weekdays might be needed based on business projects implementations and criticalities.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant discipline
- 4+ years of proven professional IT experience in a major, global organization.
- Proven Project Management skills. Any applicable PM certification is a plus.
- Proven technical knowledge in infrastructural landscape.
- Experience in Coding, functional design and implementation of systems is a plus.
- Understanding of IT language and Healthcare domain.
- Validation lifecycle & Data Integrity principles knowledge
