**Electrical Project Lead** **Location**:Milan **About the Company**:
Our client is one of the largest EPC firms in Europe, specializing in large, complex projects across multiple sectors, including high-tech facilities and infrastructure. Their Data Center business unit is a growing division focused on delivering state-of-the-art, high-capacity facilities across Europe. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a highly skilled **Electrical Project Lead **to join their team and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale data center construction projects. **Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all project **safety requirements**are met and enforced.- Define and communicate **electrical scope objectives**, including safety, schedule, quality, and logistics.- Manage electrical subcontractors, including selection, procurement, and on-site coordination.- Act as a key liaison between the **engineering, design, and construction teams**.- Oversee and contribute to **technical reviews, RFIs, and submittals**.- Support **commissioning, validation, and final project handover**.- Maintain accurate site records, including **progress tracking, marked-up drawings, and man-hour reporting**.- Implement project management best practices,



including **risk mitigation and change control**.- Ensure compliance with **contractual obligations and project execution plans**. **Qualifications & Skills**:
**BSc in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field**(essential).**5+ years of electrical construction experience**, preferably in high-tech, data center, or industrial projects.- Proven experience managing electrical scopes of **€10M+ on a single project**.- Strong knowledge of **construction methodologies, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination**.- Proficiency in **technical documentation, reporting tools, and risk management processes**.- Ability to work both in an office and on-site with a hands-on approach.**English and Italian language proficiency is required**- Full driving license. **Key Relationships**:
