**PR & MARKETING EXECUTIVE** Main purpose:
Reports to: PR Manager Main duties & responsibilities: - Have a strong local network for promoting F&B; activities in both Masseria and Lido Bambù;
- Planning individual visits and press trips (insert bookings, calendars, experiences);
- Working on implenting the local database through territorial PR actions to support Marketing team with local jet setting database;
- Carrying out day-to-day operations and provide assistance organisation and execution of different PR needs (site inspections/events ecc);
- Promoting F&B; on territory and other actions (PR events, Local press networking ecc)
- In editing press releases, media pitches, presentations;
- Updating contact databases and mailing lists;
- Managing PR materials, filing and performing other clerical tasks;
- Monitoring the competitors through press and social media;
- Supporting with the creation/production of marketing material and relevant collateral, including brochures, menus, stationery items, flyers etc where relevant;
- Assisting in the management of photo shoots and film shoots, whether for internal or external use;
- Assist in the design of the seasonal calendar of events & occasions at the Hotel;
- Attend relevant internal and external PR & Marketing meetings or events as and when required, or requested for the agevolazioni of the business. We offer: - Fixed-term contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. Other requirements: - Previous Marketing experience (at least 2 years), whether through education or in-house.
- An active interest in Marketing and the media is essential along with a willingness to learn and get involved at all levels.
- Italian as native language and fluent English.
- Flexibility and availability to work extra time/days when needed.
- Good knowledge of marketing and digital marketing basics (especially Social Media).
