- Delivery of PCs, as well as cabling and setting up of workstations
- Configuration, installation and updates of PCs, printers, network and hotel-specific hardware
- Constant review of the standards set by Leonardo IT and their implementation
- User support in the client area and the hotel-specific software
- Acceptance and processing of the incoming helpdesk tickets, as well as qualification to the Cluster IT Administrator
- Creating and maintaining the onsite documentation
- Communication to 3rd Party IT Suppliers (Providers, Wifi,

- Completed training as IT technician or any comparable qualification
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure in hospitality would be an advantage but not a requirement
- First work experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- High degree of reliability, conscientiousness and commitment
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel
