We are looking for an **Expansion Intern** (M/F/d) to join our Milan team! **How you'll be hosting with heart**: - You analyse new markets/cities and understand where there could be potential real estate projects for limehome
- You proactively support the team in scouting new business partners
- You identify new business opportunities and support the team in their expansion efforts
- You assist the team with data gathering in relation to the expansion strategy
- You keep track of business development activity
- You work together with the expansion managers on the analysis of new real estate projects, and create business cases for potential market entries
- You support with additional related tasks in the department and are a team player, as well as working closely with all relevant stakeholders to take limehome to the next level **What you need to shoot for the stars**: - You are studying or have graduated in Business, Real Estate or a comparable field. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in these fields
- You are structured, communicate clearly and love a challenge
- You approach things pragmatically and problem-solving is your strength
- You are fluent in Italian and English




- You have strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have excellent research capabilities and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into key insights
- Your have a strong interest in the hospitality industry and markets trends
