What you will do:
- Provide advanced (2nd/3rd level) support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), RDS and VDI services, including escalation support when needed.
- Manage and troubleshoot AVD environments, including host pools, session hosts, workspaces, application groups and published applications.
- Own the golden image lifecycle — building,



patching, validating and deploying session host images.
- Manage FSLogix profiles, storage performance, user sessions and profile recovery.
- Monitor service health, performance and incidents, perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.
- Support patching, security activities, change management and migration from legacy VDI/RDS platforms to Azure AVD.
- Standardise application delivery, maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with support teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements and better user experience.

- What you bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in VDI/EUC operations with AVD and RDS/Citrix environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, including host pools, session hosts, application groups, scaling and troubleshooting.
- Experience with FSLogix profiles, Azure Files, storage solutions and Windows multi-session environm
