Schedule:
State Street is open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Some typical shift times include lunch (9:30am-5pm), dinner (4:45pm-10pm/12am), and late nights (9:45pm-4:30am).

Late-night shifts (9:45pm-4:30am) are required once per week.

Position Summary/Job Duties:




The "big cheese" on shift You're leading the team, keeping everything running smoothly throughout the shift. You'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned.

You'll also support the training of new team members, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Past experience as a Shift Lead or Shift Supervisor is required for external candidates, and internal candidates must be with company for at least 3 months before applying for Shift Lead. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.
