We are currently looking for a _Learning & Engagement Intern_.




- How will you contribute:_ You will have hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and exposure to various aspects of learning and engagement initiatives within a global brand.
- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, modules, and presentations;
- Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops;
- Support in conducting needs assessments and evaluations to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement;
- Support initiatives and events related to engagement projects, including Onboarding;
- Coordinate logistics for learning and engagement events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications;
- Assist in the feedback analysis and ensure training materials are aligned with company objectives;
- Provide administrative support in maintaining training records and documentation.
- Who you are:_
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field;
- Organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion for learning, development and engagement activities within the luxury goods industry;
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
