More than just a place to stay, we create an energetic, community-driven experience for travelers from around the world. **Who We’re Looking For** We’re searching for a **proactive, open-minded individual** who can add a **touch of personality and warmth** to our Yellow vibe as a **Customer Service Assistant**. This role is based at our headquarters in **Rome, Italy**, where we have our main offices. From here, we offer remote support to all our Squares based in Rome, Milan and Florence. **What You’ll Do**
- Assist guests with reservations, queries, and complaints
- Manage and respond to guest reviews
- Communicate effectively across different YellowSquare locations
- Support internal teams by distributing key information




- Work closely with a supervisor to navigate various customer service scenarios **What You Need**
- Strong teamwork skills - You collaborate well with others
- Flexibility - Ready to adapt to different shifts and schedules
- A passion for customer service - You love making people feel welcome
- Excellence in English and at least a B2 level in Italian
- Positive, problem - solving skills **What We Offer**
- Internship (Stage/Tirocinio) - 3 to 6 months
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Compensation: €800 per month
