**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute comprehensive **user acquisition** and **retention** strategies to drive customer growth and engagement.
- Oversee and optimize **performance marketing campaigns** across Facebook and other activities.
- Manage and refine CRM and loyalty programs to enhance player retention and increase LTV.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement A/B testing to improve acquisition and retention performance.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective scaling while maximizing ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to implement innovative marketing strategies. **Requirements***: - **5+ years of experience in a senior digital marketing role within the iGaming industry**.
- ** Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.**
- Strong expertise in **both User Acquisition and Retention/CRM**.
- Proven track record in managing **paid media campaigns** (Facebook, programmatic, affiliates).
- Experience working with **CRM tools** such as **Customer.io**
- Background in **growth marketing or performance marketing** within an iGaming operator or affiliate business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.




- Ability to balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English is a must; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus. **Location**:
