Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreate PURPOSE: The Regional DIY Account Specialist is accountable for executing the activities related to activation strategies for each customer in scope ( ADEO, Iperceramica, OBI) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure product display (Merchandising) and stock in the right way and in line with the central program; Monitor slow sellers and taking action to set local activity as necessary; Identify local opportunity in term of product listing, ad hoc promo/merch tools to exploit all business opportunities at shop level;
- Train store staff on product portfolio/service procedure in cooperation with internal training team: - Work closely with customer care & after sales to ensure the right service level and to support the resolution of any claims and request.
- Analyze main store performance (sell out), highlighting needs in term of product & service, managing local activation and exploiting sales potential;
- Maintain awareness of competitors' performance, collate and interpret data sources to understand market/competitor trends and consumer/professional/ influencer needs and beliefs. Gather information on customers' reactions to products; REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: - Project management, budget control and organisational skills
