Responsibilities include: - Lead strategic workstreams to improve E2E operations across EU and UK for Amazon’s most innovative speed program.
- Drive process excellence to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and improve delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support scaling operations across the EU, ensuring processes are ready for broader implementation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Basic qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven wealth of experience in operations, process improvement, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate their work.
- Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals.
- Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a nascent, rapidly changing and ambiguous environment. Ability to clearly communicate in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
