- **Project & Innovation Leadership**: Drive and deliver key projects within your segment, with a strong focus on sustainable product innovation and continuous improvement.
- **Supplier & Production Interface**: Collaborate closely with machinery suppliers, and work hand-in-hand with production to resolve technical challenges and optimize processes.
- **Product & Cost Optimization**: Enhance existing product specifications, manage costs effectively, and lead initiatives for ongoing product cost improvements.
- **Market & Quality Insight**: Conduct market intelligence studies, translate customer needs into actionable production and quality plans, and support claims management alongside the quality team. **WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**:
**Technical Attributes**:



- Technical education (Bachelor's or equivalent) or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical role
- Great interest in the flexible or rigid packaging industry.
- First practical experience in Project Management
