**Your role**Joining ePackPro Italian team means taking part in an exciting challenge as we start operations in italy in 2024 but with the backing of a bigger company (200+ employees). As a Sales Development Representative you will be a key contributor to our business growth and you will be trusted with: - **Contacting inbound and outbound prospects**: - **Creating qualified leads** for the business developers team
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and update prospect information in the **CRM system (Salesforce)**: - **Reactivating key leads and opportunities** **What are we looking for ?**
- Previous **sales experience**including **outbound prospection** (having worked in SaaS or Tech before is a plus)
- **Result oriented** and eager to succeed
- **Excellent communication skills**: - Fluent **English**: - Knowledge or experience of the HORECA sector is a plus, although not essential
