Position Overview
IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Previous warehouse, inventory, or labor experience is beneficial. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively support warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities.
Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
Support warehouse personnel by preparing materials and supplies for operational needs.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation.
Communicate with supervisors and operational teams regarding warehouse requirements and inventory updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.




Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or operational experience preferred.
Basic organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Relevant industry certifications or lice
