What you’ll do
This is a highly hands-on Paid Media role. You will work directly inside the advertising platforms every day—building and launching campaigns, uploading creatives and copy, checking tracking, monitoring performance, and making optimizations.
This is not a strategy-only, coordination, or people-management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys executing the work themselves and taking direct ownership of campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization.
You’ll manage campaigns across multiple platforms and markets while using AI as a core part of your workflow. You’ll be operating within one of Latin America’s fastest-growing companies, as ranked by the Financial Times, on a team that is actively building AI-native workflows into everything we do.
