**Your role**: - Organize and lead social activities: quiz nights, karaoke, tournaments, games, mini-challenges.
- Create opportunities for guests to meet, connect, and have fun together.
- Propose and co-design new daytime and evening formats.
- Host with a mic, present confidently, and engage diverse crowds. What we’re looking for
- High energy, positive, hands-on attitude.
- Great people skills and strong teamwork.
- Friendly, welcoming personality; comfortable with international groups.
- Fluent English (Italian is a plus; other languages welcome).
- Ability to host small events and “work the room.”




- Reliability and punctuality; availability evenings/weekends. **Contract details**: - On-call (intermittent) contract, variable hours based on the events calendar.
- Mainly evening and weekend shifts.
- Classification and pay according to the applicable Italian CCNL.
