This individual will be responsible for providing expert leadership and strategic direction on all aspects of Total Rewards across multiple regions. A primary focus of the role will be overseeing the job architecture, managing salary structures and review cycles, and ensuring the effective design and delivery of variable compensation programs. The Director will also serve as a key contributor to the organization’s _One-WSP_ approach to Total Rewards, supporting the globalisation of the function initiated in 2025. This newly created position reports to the Global Vice President of Total Rewards, based at the company’s head office in Canada, and can be located in the Netherlands, France, Italy or Spain. **YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?** As a senior member of the global team, the Director will lead at least one major global initiative, driving innovation and alignment across regions. They will monitor the effectiveness of current reward programs, conduct competitive market analyses, and recommend data-driven improvements that reflect evolving business priorities and market trends. Managing relationships with external vendors and consultants will also be a key component of the role, ensuring the highest standards of service and strategic partnership. In addition, the Director will play a critical role in supporting regulatory compliance initiatives,



including contributing to the organization’s response to the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other relevant legislative requirements across the regions. They will collaborate closely with the Technology and Insights teams to ensure data accuracy, process optimisation, and the seamless integration of systems supporting compensation and rewards programs.
